My experience in working with Guy Carpenito, and his assistant, is about as excellent of an experience as one will have.
The house to be inspected turned out to be much more intensive and involved than he or I originally anticipated, but Guy demonstrated persistence and thoroughness,
with a pleasant and professional attitude, in his work throughout the property and grounds.
It is important to be onsite with the inspector, as I was, as he was advising and coaching me throughout the process of potential or definite issues to be addressed.
His follow up, written evaluation, and recommendations are detailed, conservative, and thoughtful, and as a result of his work, a property that I felt passionate about purchasing,
in the end, turned out to have too many issues, which provided me with the framework to realize that this property was not for me.
